There’s a strange relief that comes when we admit something we’ve known all along.

Not figured out… remembered.
We live in a world obsessed with analysis.
Everything must be dissected, justified, debated, proven.
We call it intelligence.
But sometimes, it’s just noise.
I’ve spent entire seasons overthinking things my soul already answered.
Should I stay in this relationship?
Is this job aligned with who I’m becoming?
Why am I feeling anxious all the time?
The mind produced pages of reasoning.
Pros and cons. Narratives and logic.
But the soul…
The soul just said no.
It was clear.
Not cruel.
