The Answer Was Always Inside ๐
"The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind." โ Caroline Myss
Thereโs a kind of desperation that creeps in when you convince yourself youโre lost.
You look outward.
You gather books. Experts. Podcasts. More opinions than your mind knows how to sort.
You turn your soul into a scavenger hunt.
You start believing the answers are hidden somewhere outside you. If only you read the right thing, hear the right words, get the right breakthrough.
"The clarity I seek is already within me; I choose to remember."
I lived like that for years.
The frantic seeking.
The endless courses.
The advice hoarding.
But no matter how much knowledge I collected, the feeling gnawed at me: You already know.
Not in a checklist way. Not in a "manifest your dreams in five easy steps" way.
I knew because my body knew.
Because my gut clenched at wrong paths.
Because my chest felt lighter when I thought about choices that scared me but also woke something ancient in my bones.
The truth was never missing.
It was buried.
Beneath fear.
Beneath conditioning.
Beneath the voices of everyone I ever gave more authority than my own.
You arenโt looking for clarity.
Youโre looking for permission to trust it.
And no one else can hand you that.
These small notes arrive quietly,
like morning light through a cracked window.
No noise. Just truth.

Your inner work.
Today, stop asking yourself, โWhat should I do?โ
Ask instead:
"What do I already know that Iโm afraid to admit?"
Then write it.
No edits.
No filters.
No polishing to make it more digestible for the parts of you still clinging to fear.
Clarity isn't built. It's uncovered.
In the end.
You are not confused.
You are remembering.
You are shedding the noise.
You are peeling back the conditioning.
You are burning through the stories you were told and the ones you told yourself to stay safe.
And somewhere beneath all that noise?
Thereโs a quiet certainty that has never, not once, abandoned you.
Itโs waiting for you to be still enough, brave enough, to hear it again.
Trust the remembering.
Letโs talk about it.
What clarity have you been pretending you donโt have?
The decision you already made but wonโt say out loud.
The path you know you want but keep bargaining with.
The truth you keep saying you โneed more time to figure out,โ even though it lives in your body like a second heartbeat.
Share it if you're ready. Let it be messy, let it be half-formed if it needs to be.
Because sometimes writing it down is the first act of remembrance.
Thanks for reading todayโs Healing Text.
If youโre here, youโre part of something honest, something that makes space for healing without the performance. And I donโt take that lightly.
If todayโs message met you where you are, and youโd like to support the work, here are a few simple ways to do that:
โ [Buy me a coffee โ๏ธ]
โ [Grab a book ๐]
โ [Rock some merch ๐]
And if youโre craving deeper reflections, long-form stories, raw journal entries, and shadow work tales that cut through the noise, I write those in my other newsletterโฆ
Whether you support with a share, a coffee, or just by showing upโฆ thank you.
With gratitude,
